Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Pyplex collects when you use pyplex.com, why, and what you can do about it.

1. What we collect

Account: your email and name from Google or email sign-in, and the username, bio and profile photo you add.
Your content: prompts, settings, the images and videos you upload, and the results you create.
Payments: amount, currency, status and payment reference. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner — we never see or store them.
Activity: your wallet history, generations, templates, likes, comments and follows.
Technical: IP address and browser information, used to keep the service secure and stop abuse.
Messages: the name, email and message you send through the contact form.

2. Why we use it

To run your account, create your generations and show them in your Library.
To process payments, keep your wallet correct and pay creator earnings.
To prevent fraud, spam and abuse, and to review templates.
To answer your messages and send important emails about your account.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not use advertising trackers.

3. Who processes it for us

Google (Firebase) — sign-in.
Cloudflare — hosting, security and file storage.
PlanetScale — database.
Dodo Payments — payments and taxes.
AI model providers — your prompt and input files are sent to the model you choose, only to create your result.

We may also share data when the law requires it, or to protect users and the service.

4. What is public

Your generations are private in your Library. Your profile (name, username, picture, bio), published templates, likes, comments and follows are public.

5. Cookies

We use one essential cookie to keep you signed in. Your browser may also store small settings, such as a collapsed menu. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your account data while your account is active. Generated files may be removed over time, so download anything you want to keep. Editor projects you save to your account are kept until you delete them, but the videos, images and audio files you upload into a project are deleted automatically 3 days after upload — add them again to keep editing. Payment and wallet records are kept as long as the law requires, even after an account is closed. Contact messages are kept while we handle them and for our records.

7. Your choices

You can edit your profile at any time. You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion of your account through the contact page or at contact@pyplex.com. We may keep records we must keep by law.

8. Security

We use encrypted connections, private file links that expire, and strict access controls. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your sign-in safe.

9. Children

Pyplex is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
