Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use Pyplex (the website pyplex.com and its services). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use Pyplex.

1. The service

Pyplex lets you create images and videos with AI models, use and publish templates, and edit videos in your browser. We may add, change or remove models and features at any time.

2. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Keep your sign-in details safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • One person per account. Do not share, sell or transfer accounts.

3. Wallet and pricing

  • You pay by adding money to your wallet. Prices are shown in US dollars; you may pay in your local currency, and taxes are added at checkout where required.
  • The price of every generation is shown before you start it. The price you see when you click Generate is the price you pay.
  • Prices can change at any time. Changes never affect a generation you have already started.
  • Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • Payments are processed by our payment partner, Dodo Payments. We never see or store your full card details.

4. Your content

  • You keep the rights to the prompts, images and videos you upload, and to the results you create, as far as the law allows.
  • You give Pyplex permission to store, process and show your content only as needed to run the service — for example, to send it to an AI model and show the result in your Library.
  • Editor projects saved to your account keep your edits until you delete them. Files you upload into a project (up to 1 GB each, and up to 10 GB at a time) are stored for 3 days after upload and then deleted automatically. Keep your own copy of anything you need.
  • Content you make public (published templates, profile, likes and comments) can be seen by anyone. You give us permission to show it on Pyplex while it stays public.
  • AI output can be wrong or unexpected, and similar output may be produced for other users. You are responsible for checking results before you use them.
  • Keep copies of anything important. We may remove older files over time.

5. What you must not do

  • Create or upload sexual content involving minors, non-consensual intimate images, or content that sexualises real people without consent.
  • Make deepfakes or impersonate real people to deceive, defame or harass.
  • Create content that promotes violence, terrorism, hate, self-harm or illegal activity.
  • Upload content you do not have the right to use, or infringe other people's rights.
  • Attack, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, get around limits or prices, or use stolen payment methods.

We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules, without notice. Balances of accounts closed for breaking these rules are not refunded.

6. Templates and creator earnings

  • Creators can publish templates after our review. We may reject, hide or remove any template.
  • A creator can set a fee for their template. When someone uses it, the creator receives 75% of that fee as earnings and Pyplex keeps 25%.
  • Earnings are kept separate from your wallet. You can request them to your wallet (minimum $10) or to your bank (minimum $100). Every request is reviewed before it is paid.
  • We may hold or cancel earnings that come from fraud, self-dealing, fake accounts, refunds or chargebacks, or from breaking these terms.

7. Availability and liability

Pyplex is provided "as is". We work to keep it running, but we do not promise it will always be available, error-free, or that any model will stay available. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Pyplex at any time, or ask us to delete your account through the contact page. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms or if required by law.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you keep using Pyplex after a change, the new terms apply.

10. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Before starting any legal claim, please contact us so we can try to solve the problem.
