Wallet and payments

• Add from $10 to $1000: quick amounts $10, $20, $50, $100, $250, $500, $1000, or a custom amount.
• You pay in your local currency at checkout; your wallet is credited in US dollars. The amount you add is the amount you get.
• Balance history (from the Dashboard) shows every top-up, charge, refund and earning.
• Wallet credit is prepaid, used only on Pyplex, and can't be withdrawn as cash. (Creator earnings are different — see Earnings and payouts.)
• If an AI assistant tells you your balance is too low, its link opens this page with the amount already filled in (at least $10). Add money, then ask the assistant again.

Refunds

• Failed generations are refunded to your wallet automatically.
• Top-ups can be refunded if you were charged twice, the credit never arrived, or the payment wasn't yours. Ask within 14 days through the contact form.
